Programs for students in Grade 3 – 5 and 6 – 8

  • Grades 3 – 5  [CALL TO REGISTER]
    • Program:  Applied STEM
      • Students will learn engineering and science concepts while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of STEM technologies including robotics, Scratch coding, video game design, digital sculpting, 3D design, digital music, and much more!
      • No prior experience with robotics, coding, or other STEM technologies is required
    • Start:  Tuesday, January 16th
    • Duration:  8 weeks
    • Location:  Art Room
  • Grades 1 – 2  (NEW – updated Jan 3, ONLY 3 spots left)
    • Program:  Applied STEM
      • Students will learn engineering and science concepts while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of STEM technologies including Lego robotics, Scratch coding, video game design, digital sculpting, 3D design, Pixel Art/Animation, Dash/Cue robotics, and Roblox Studio!
      • No prior experience with robotics, coding, or other STEM technologies is required
    • Start:  Wednesday, January 17th
    • Duration:  8 weeks
    • Location:  Art Room

Details:

  • Tuition is $160+tax for 8 classes (register online)
  • Each student gets their own computer to use
  • Limited to 30 spots so register early (spaces fill up quickly)

What is Applied STEM?

Our Applied STEM is a mixed discipline program that introduces students to a wide variety of technologies and platforms.  Our lunchtime program held at schools is modelled after the program that we teach at our STEM Studio, located at 8220 Bayview Avenue.
