Are you looking for a fun, educational way for your child to spend the upcoming PA Day in Markham? Look no further! Our Markham PA Day Camp on Friday, October 24, 2025 is packed with hands-on STEM projects, creative challenges, and a day full of discovery. 🚀
At Envision Robotics, we believe PA Days don’t have to be boring—they can be a chance for kids to explore robotics, coding, 3D design, and more, all while making new friends. This special camp is ideal whether your child is new to STEM or already passionate about tech.
Each PA Day features a fresh theme. For October 24, we’ve got two age-based project tracks:
Ages 5–8: Build, Code & Race!
Young campers will design, build, and program their very own robot racecar. Plus, they’ll assemble a laser-cut wooden racecar and race it in class competitions. (And take home their wooden car as a keepsake!)
Ages 9–13: Design, Cut & Be Kool!
Older campers will get creative by designing 3D-modeled sunglasses. Using laser-cutting technology (wood + acrylic), they’ll engineer custom frames and lens fits and assemble wearable eyewear.
These immersive, hands-on challenges teach problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills—all in a fun, supportive environment!
Confidence in STEM — Through hands-on projects, kids get immediate results from their work.
Creative & design thinking — Projects challenge them to ideate, iterate, and problem-solve.
Teamwork & collaboration — Working alongside peers to test, refine, and compete.
A take-home creation — Either their own racecar or laser-cut sunglasses to show off!
A fun, social experience — A safe, supervised environment where kids make new friends.

Volunteers are an important part of the Envision Robotics team. Your support helps our programs run smoothly while creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment where students can learn, explore, and grow.
As a volunteer, you are more than an extra set of hands — you are a mentor, role model, motivator, and leader. Whether helping a student complete their first robot build, encouraging them through a coding challenge, or helping maintain a safe environment during camp activities, your contribution has a direct impact on each child’s experience.
At Envision Robotics, we want students to feel:
Your attitude, energy, patience, and professionalism help make this happen.

As a volunteer, you represent Envision Robotics and are expected to demonstrate the same professionalism and positive behaviour expected of staff members.
Great volunteers are:
Remember:
Students may not remember every lesson you taught them — but they will remember how you made them feel.
Your support, encouragement, and leadership can help inspire confidence, curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong passion for learning.
Thank you for volunteering your time, energy, and talents with Envision Robotics. Your contribution helps create an exciting, supportive, and inspiring environment where students can explore technology, build confidence, and develop skills for the future.
